According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April2016

2018, I inform that:
The period of storage:
a. after the end of stay, the data is anonymized for keeping the statistics of
accommodation by the Administrator and then permanently destroyed / in case of
b. maximum 2 years if the payment for the stay has been made using a payment card/
c. possible complaint related to the use of a payment card /up to 6 years if the guest
requested a VAT invoice / tax law /,
6. You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, the right
to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data,
7. Your data is not profiled,
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Office for Personal Data Protection,
9. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, if you do not provide data, this may result in
the refusal of hotel service.
Information on image processing
Ladies and Gentlemen,
hereby inform that in the premises of Apartamenty Centrum Park located in
in Zielona Góra, at ul. Sowińskiego 19, a video monitoring system has been installed. The data obtained through the monitoring are processed by the Administrator Apego sp. Z o.o .. with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Nowogrodzka 31. Processing is necessary for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is the need to ensure the safety of persons and property on the premises where you are and to ensure public order.
In matters related to monitoring, including the use of rights related to image processing, you can contact the postal address by addressing the parcel in the following way: Apego sp.z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warsaw.
The administrator processes personal data in the form of an image recorded by monitoring for the period provided for by the monitoring system in order to ensure the safety and protection of persons staying on the premises of the Company and property belonging to the Company and third parties, for no longer than 3 months, unless the material from the recording is used in proceedings to protect the rights and interests of persons, until the final conclusion of the proceedings, in particular as regards the processing of recordings provided to law enforcement and judicial authorities. The recording may be made available to third parties – data recipients may be entities providing IT services to the Administrator. The Administrator has the right to transfer data to public authorities in accordance with applicable law in order to pursue claims and rights of the Administrator and third parties.
Monitoring data is not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union or to international organizations.
In connection with the processing of personal data from monitoring, you have the right to request the Administrator to access the recordings, in a legally justified case, while limiting it to your person in order to ensure the right of other people to preserve their rights, request the deletion of your personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), if the law and / and technical possibilities allow it, the right to anonymize the image on the recorded images, as long as it is consistent with the scope of use of the recording by public authorities in connection with
with the assertion of rights and claims in civil and criminal proceedings, requests
from the Administrator to limit the processing of your image, bring a complaint
to the supervisory body (from 25/05/2018 – to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). You can exercise these rights by contacting our Personal Data Inspector.
