All apartments have a kitchen (with a kitchenette, fridge, hob and coffee machine) and free WiFi access. Each apartment has a private bathroom. The apartments have a shared outdoor seating area – comfortable chairs, tables and an umbrella. There is also a sauna for guests. Air-conditioned, non-smoking facility. Possibility to rent bicycles, organize walking tours of the city.
