Hiki vineyard – part of the Lubusz landscape

Hiki Winery is located in the village of Brycz near Bytom Odrzanskie. At the turn of the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries, Bytom Odrzański belonged to one of the most important centers in Lower Silesia.

The creation of the Hiki vineyard was an inspiration and love for the local tradition of viticulture and wine production. Currently, many varieties of vine are grown on the area of ​​1.3 hectares, such as:

• Riesling
• Gewurztranuber
• Cabernet
• Pinot Noir
• Zweigelt
• Acolon

In 2006, Władysław Hiki planted 400 vine bushes and 13 must bushes. Several years of hard work, training and learning led to the fact that wines from Bycz were successful at nationwide wine competitions.
